Welcome, I'm Amy

As a Transformational Coach and Spiritual Companion, I guide people who sense that there is more to life than what they’re currently living, and help them to uncover a version of themselves and their future that is more authentic, alive, and meaningful.

Welcome, I'm Amy

I’m an Interfaith and Interspiritual Minister, Transformational Life Coach, Spiritual Guide, and Soul Activist with over forty-five years of devoted spiritual practice in meditation, yoga, and sobriety. My sacred roles as mother, daughter, grandmother , sister, and friend are the rooted center of my being.

Throughout my adult life, I’ve studied Jungian dreamwork, consciousness, philosophy, psychology, and the world’s spiritual traditions. But my deepest learning has come through lived experience, walking the sacred wild edge of grief, embracing the dark night of the soul, and discovering again and again the quiet, luminous strength within.

I live in reverence for the beauty and mystery of the human spirit. It’s from this place that I support others through life’s great thresholds - times of change, loss, emergence, and becoming. Because I have walked them myself, I can meet you there with compassion, presence, and deep listening.

As a “Thresholder,” I companion you from where you’ve been to where your soul is calling you to go, toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fully alive.

My Story

I believe that joy, fulfillment, and a deep sense of belonging are our birthright. You are never separate from the Divine; you only need to remember this truth:

You are already whole.

You always have been.

Let’s rediscover the wonder within and around you, and remember how magnificent you truly are.

Background

I will be with you as your inner wisdom rises and your courage begins to speak louder than your fear.

This is my purpose: to serve as a guide and guardian of the liminal spaces that we call “thresholds” and walk with you through the unclear in-between as you move toward your calling. When fear speaks, I will help you see through its illusion and step into possibility.

REVEREND

I am an ordained Interfaith/Inter-spirtual Minister by One Spirit Seminary in New York City, one of the first and longest operating Interfaith seminaries in the country.

TRANSFORMATIONAL COACH

I am a certified Transformational Life Coach and have studied with the top coaches in the world, most notably Michael Neill, whose approach to transforming from the inside-out is the foundation for my coaching work. To learn more about the impact my clients have experienced through working with me, please see the testimonials throughout the site.

My lifelong path as a guide has been shaped by deep study, spiritual devotion, and embodied practice. For decades, I’ve engaged in professional courses and seminars on the work of Carl Jung, whose insights into the psyche and the symbolic life continue to shape my own evolution and the way I support my clients in theirs. I believe the psyche is an infinite living organism, always becoming, constantly revealing, integrating, and informing how we move through the world.

My study and personal explorations of consciousness, depth psychology, philosophy, and the nature of reality are not merely academic, they are how I live. It shapes the way I listen, the way I serve, the way I ground my soul in being.

I’ve meditated daily for over 40 years as a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. His teachings on Self-Realization in divine union have illuminated my path and nourished my relationship with Spirit: my truest companion and wisest guide.

Forty years of sobriety has been one of my greatest teachers. It continues to gift me the clarity, presence, and freedom to live in alignment with what matters most. My body is part of my devotion, nourished through yoga, movement, and communion with the natural world. Wholeness is not something I seek; it is something I practice, remember, and invite in others.

Amy is a rare gift...

"My life path can be segmented into two parts - before and after my work with Amy - such is her influence on my journey. Amy has a rare gift for recognizing the intricate beauty in the tapestry of one’s soul, in order to guide them to their fullest, individual potential. She has led me to a deeper understanding of my inner wisdom, helped to nurture my authentic light in order to achieve tangible and spiritual goals, and continues to show me new pathways to joy and love."
