My home In Rhinebeck, NY, is a sanctuary of natural peace and tranquility in a beautiful setting that supports connection, reflection, creativity, exploration, gathering, integration and awakening. This simple yet powerful change of scenery and the flow of in-person support provide a unique and holistic environment for your enjoyment.

• Gathering or solitude: Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor areas for connection with others as a group or with yourself in a distraction-free environment, perfect for rest reflection, and rejuvenation with no agenda.
   

• Creativity: My art studio and property are set up to craft or engage in any creative endeavor you want to try. As an Intuitive Painting facilitator, I can help you open your creative flow to express itself freely with the joyful play you experienced in childhood.
   

• Nature Immersion: Walk in the “Hundred Acre Woods”, swim in the fresh water pond, listen to the birds speak and the wind whisper in the trees, and watch the abundant wildlife frolic and fly by. Roast marshmallows by the fire with dancing fireflies as you stargaze and moon bathe in complete privacy and total tranquility. In the fall and winter, sauna by the frozen pond, sit by a cozy fire, peruse a diverse and extensive library, and enjoy the freedom to do nothing at all.
